Tower Grove Farmer’s Market Extend Through the Fall!

There may be a brisk cool breeze outside, but Tower Grove Farmer’s Market is warm and inviting.  Extended outdoor hours run through Saturday, November 22, 2014.  Do take advantage of all the fall produce that has arrived.  Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

STL 250th Birthday Continues!    Check out the special exhibit at the Art Museum.  Featured art from the reign of King Louis IX.  The exhibit is entitled:  Louis IX. King Saint, Namesake Art.

The Great Forest Park Balloon  Race:    September 19th and 20th. The Great Forest Park Balloon Race begins Friday evening with the Balloon Glow, the continues the next day with skydivers, fireworks, a kids’ area, a photo contest, and at 4:30 p.m., the launch of the “hare and hound” balloons. FREE. 7 p.m. Fri. Glow. Noon-6:30 p.m. Sat. Race. Central Field, Forest Park.
