Upcoming on August 14th ~ Summer Cooking and Wine Tasting at SWGNA

We are very pleased to announce that there will be a SUMMER COOKING DEMONSTRATION AND WINE TASTING at the SWGNA office 4950 Southwest Avenue on Friday, August 14, 2015 starting at 6:00 p.m.  Amy Choy and I will be preparing Italian Smoked Speck and Prosciutto Ham wrapped in melon; Watermelon Salad; No Cook Tomato Sauce on Fresh from Scratch Pasta, Garden Salad with olives and feta cheese; Italian Bread, Homemade Chocolate Sorbet, Swedish Fruit Pudding and Peach Crisp.  Wines will be paired for each course.  The cost of the event is only $25.00 which includes wine and dinner.  All proceeds will benefit Southwest Garden Neighborhood Association.   Space is limited, so make your reservation now!   Reservations will only be accepted through this coming Monday, August 10th.   Call Kris at 314-772-6082 or send an email to:   Checks can be mailed or dropped off at the office located at 4950 Southwest Avenue St. Louis, MO  63110. clip art cooking demo

Calling all Patriots!    It’s not too early to be thinking September.  I am very pleased to share with you an upcoming event you will not want to miss!

Project Inc. project inc located on Brannon Ave.  is hosting a Trivia Night and Silent Auction to benefit the people they serve within their sheltered workshop.  There will be games, 50/50 raffle, silent auction and prizes for most patriotic costumes and table decoration.  The event is going to be on September 11, 2015 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to check out details, simply click Trivia Night Flier
