Last Minute Shout Out – Neighborhood Safety Workshop is this coming Saturday~

Dear Neighbors,

If  you are interested in learning more about safety and decreasing crime in your neighborhood, this is a perfect event for you!  Want to know how to handle social media?  Do you desire to be a block captain?  Join us this Saturday, March 11th for a crime summit.  This event is sponsored by several neighborhoods in the south city and will be run by The St. Louis Metropolitan Police.  Topics included are:  Citizens on Patrol Training; Q & A with Captain Michael Deeba, Commander of the Second District (please bring your questions); and, home maintenance tips to make your property safer.  The event is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and will be held at the Bishop DuBourg High School cafeteria.  Address is 5850 Eichelberger.  There will be information booths and safety product vendors available at 1:00 pm and beyond.  This event is free to the public.

Together we can make a difference!  See you Saturday~

In service and gratitude,

Kristina D. Jackson, M.S.W.
