Southwest Garden Property Owners Association (SWGPOA)
Southwest Garden Property Owners Association is the neighborhood landlords’ association. SWGPOA is a property improvement advocate that assists members with marketing and development ideas for their properties. SWGPOA also maintains an apartment rental hotline at 314-772-7661, where apartment seekers can leave contact and desired unit information. Area landlords will then reply within 2-3 days to help schedule an interview and showing of available apartments. SWGPOA meets quarterly in the Ridgeway Center at the Missouri Botanical Garden the second Wednesday of the month. Everyone is welcome.
