Southwest Neighborhood Housing Corporation (SWNHC)

Originally formed to serve the area west of South Kingshighway, SWNHC now sponsors rehabilitated housing throughout the neighborhood, including areas about the Missouri Botanical Garden, Tower Grove Park and The Hill. Recently, SWNHC completed two projects along South Kingshighway: a single-family home on the 2500 block of S. Kingshighway and a four-family flat into two-townhouse conversion on the 2600 block of S. Kingshighway. SWNHC generally meets the first Wednesday of every month at the neighborhood office, located at 4950 Southwest Avenue.
