Southwest Garden Property Owners Association
Southwest Garden Property Owners Association is the neighborhood landlords’ association. SWGPOA helps area landlords network and share experiences on marketing apartments, tenant public safety, remodeling tips, and building repairs. Click here for more information.
Grand-Oak Hill Community Corporation
Southwest Garden partners with Grand Oak-Hill for tenant screening and property management assistance. Tenant screening costs an applicant or potential tenant $35. The fee pays for checks on employment, credit, rental history and criminal background. Only those applicants passing all checks will be recommended. Management assistance is a property management program for landlords who have undergone the nuisance property procedure, having had significant police service calls to their property.
